Quick reminder, our stores are open by appointment only.  Please contact the store manager you would like to visit so he can be there to open the store and give you a private showing.

How to purchase Kawai pianos from Henderson Music?

Due to ‘minimum advertised price’ policies we must follow as an authorized Kawai dealer, we cannot show our actual price for Kawai pianos on our website!  Call the closest store to you and find out just how low we can go on your new Kawai piano.

How has COVID-19 affected Henderson Music?

We had to change our business model like many other businesses.  Henderson Music decided it would be best to move to ‘by appointment only’ for the health and safety of our store managers and clients.

Does Henderson Music offer piano lessons?

We have in the past but do not have plans to offer piano lessons again.  We love selling pianos and are piano experts.  If you are having trouble finding a piano teacher that is a good fit for you, feel free to contact us and we can give you some names and numbers to call.

Will the COVID-19 sale end soon?

Our COVID-19 sale is subject to end at any time.  We expect to remove the sale pricing from all products once things get more ‘back to normal.’

Does Henderson Music repair grandfather clocks?

No, we do not repair grandfather clocks.  We do service grandfather clocks.  

This means if your clock is broken, we are not the company to contact to fix your clock.

But, if your grandfather clock needs to be reset, oiling, or cleaning, please contact us.  Those are the grandfather clock services we do offer.  Learn more about our grandfather clock service.

Does Henderson Music sell new pianos?

Yes, we sell brand new pianos along with pre-owned and restored pianos.  We are an authorized dealer for nearly every major piano manufacturer.  We’ve been doing this since 1963 after all!

Can pianos be shipped?

Yes, pianos can be shipped.  We have numerous years of experience working with piano moving companies.  If you are not located near one of our stores and would like us to ship a piano in our inventory to you, we can arrange for the shipping of your piano.  The cost of shipping is the client’s responsibility.

All of our store managers are experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable when it comes to pianos.  We are happy to help you whether you bought your piano from us or not.
